Can I trade in scratched glasses?
Yes! We accept frames with minor scratches or signs of wear. Frames in excellent condition will be cleaned, refurbished, and resold, while others will be donated to the Lions Eyeglass Recycling Center to support global vision programs.

How much credit will I get for my frames?
Your trade-in credit depends on the condition and brand of your frames. We assess each pair during your appointment and offer a credit toward your new eyewear purchase based on our evaluation.

Booking is easy! Visit our appointment page to select an in-home or in-office fitting. Once you book, you’ll receive an email confirmation and a reminder before your scheduled visit.

What if I want to trade in multiple frames?
Our Frame Trade-In Program allows you to trade in up to three frames per new eyewear purchase. If you have additional frames, we’re happy to assess them for potential credit or donation options.
